I took my son yesterday and they sent an email saying that they just did a neck trim. When i got home they actually took chunks out of his hair and i was furious. I also took pics of his cut which was awful. I had to take him somewhere else to fix it because it was so messed up. The lady that fixed it couldnt believe how bad it was. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!!

Took my sons in for a haircut. One haircut was done very well but my other sons cut was awful. I had to take home back to have the girl fix it. When I got home I saw how uneven, in blended. Just a crap job: I will never go back. Wish I could take my money and the tip I gave her.

Worst haircut I've ever had! Went back and the "Asst Mgr" just made it worse.
